Dear Patients and Friends,

It is now nearly eleven months since I wrote to many of you telling you of my decision to retire from the practice of clinical medicine. I continue to live in Santa Barbara. I continue in my new career as a full time medical administrator. Although this was a very difficult decision to make after over twenty years in practice, I am enjoying my new life. It has been wonderful to spend more time with my family. 

For my former patients, your records are in the possession of John David Kunz, MD. All my former medical charts can be found at his office located at 101 West Arrellaga Street in Santa Barbara. To arrange a transfer of these records, please call his office at (805) 568-0799. 

For those who know my family, my son Bobby is entering his fourth year at UCLA and is planning to apply to law school. My daughter Essie is about to leave home to begin her freshman year at Brandeis University.
